SEVEN does kidded in 7 days giving us 19 GORGEOUS KIDS. Twelve have been sold but there are still great looking kids left. All DAMS are sold. Still have two HERD SIRES available. One posted under OUR HERD. The other still needs to be added.
HAPPY NEW YEAR
OUR HERD
We have had goats since 2013 and LOVE the Nigerian Dwarf breed. Over the last year it has become more and more obvious that we do not have the time to devote to them like we once did. I have tried to decrease the herd size a few times hoping that a smaller herd would be OK. It is with heavy hearts that we are selling our entire herd. The ones that we have now are the ones I didn't want to sell. But, now it is time. It is our goal to make sure they go to loving homes with other goats and friends.
We do our very best to take great care of all our goats. Each one gets daily attention and loving. They receive annual CDT vaccinations, are monitored closely using the FAMACHA scale to determine the need for deworming and eat daily grain, hay and alfalfa. We also provide blackoil sunflower seeds, beet pulp and goat treats. Sericea lespedeza pellets are added to their daily grain to aid in their resistance to parasites.
